Maldon Heritage Winery

Metcalfe Valley
Located 5 minutes south of Metcalfe on rich basaltic soil and with the slow ripening climate of the northern slopes of the Great Divide. Specializing in a complex medal winning Shiraz with spicy flavours and peppery overtones. New additions are a Sauvignon Blanc with tropical fruit flavours and a clean acid finish, plus a rich Shiraz/Pinot Noir bottle fermented sparking wine.

Rosebery Hill
Located on the Pipers Creek-Pastoria Road , 5 minutes from Kyneton. Roseberry Hill grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Shiraz and Chardonnay on 19 year old non-irrigated vines. The perfect northerly aspect of this vineyard, together with its rich basaltic soil ensures the growth of physiologically ripe and complex fruit that produces wonderful table wines which develop complexity with age.
